Our dispute resolution practice represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, including under SIAC, VIAC, ICC, and other major institutional rules, as well as in litigation before local courts in Vietnam. Crucially, our senior practitioners also regularly serve as independent arbitrators, bringing deep adjudicative expertise to complex disputes. We advise on dispute avoidance strategies, draft and negotiate dispute resolution clauses in commercial contracts, and represent parties in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes. Our experience spans commercial, construction, shareholder, and cross-border contractual disputes, with particular attention to the enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments across multiple jurisdictions.
