Nana Anastasia leads the Corporate Governance and Business Immigration practices at DS International and DSEA Legal. She plays a key management role in the firm's legal administrative operations and oversees its portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring strict compliance with the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024. She also specialises in business immigration and advises clients on the requirements of the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore, including work pass applications under the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations 2012. Nana is currently pursuing her Chartered Secretary qualification with the Chartered Governance Institute of Singapore.
